Leftovers and offcuts from plastic factories. Discarded wood and sawdust from sawmills. Mixed together to create a solid, durable and tactile material.
A perfect blend
Wood evokes nature. Polypropylene, not really. But a blend of the two gives something very interesting. A speckled texture that lends the plastic a warmer, more natural touch. A composite that has the spirit of wood. Our particular blend comes directly from carpentry workshops and plastics factories — essentially the leftover pieces that end up on the floor. Captured before they become further waste in the environment. Cleaned, compressed and transformed. What could have been waste becomes responsible. It also makes very beautiful chairs.
