How do I know if an item is available? Our furniture is manufactured by our partners in France & Europe. This process guarantees the authenticity and quality of our products but implies that their production may take a little time. Depending on the availability of our items, the delivery times announced on our product pages may vary:

  • Delivered to you within 4 to 7 days > product in stock in our warehouses.

  • Delivered to you within 3 to 10 weeks > product currently being shipped to our warehouses.

  • Temporarily out of stock > products that we will manufacture in the coming months but for which we do not yet have a lead time to communicate. You can sign up for the back-in-stock alert to receive an email when the product is available for order.

What if I want to order several items with different delivery times? If you place an order with items that have different delivery times announced on the site, the longest delivery time will be taken into account in order to ship your entire order in a single shipment. If you wish to receive your items according to their individual availability, you will need to order them separately. Shipping costs will then be charged for each order.

How are my shipping costs calculated? Grid applicable in Metropolitan France Shipping costs are calculated based on the total amount of your cart before discounts or reductions.

What are the different delivery methods available? Your deliveries are entrusted to La Poste-Colissimo, UPS, or DPD. By choosing standard delivery, the package is delivered to the foot of the building for an apartment or to the gate for a house. You will receive your delivery within 4 days from the email announcing the departure of your package from our warehouses. Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm. Do not forget to indicate your door code if applicable to facilitate delivery. Our furniture is delivered assembled.

What happens if I am absent during delivery? A delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. You will find the telephone contact details of the delivery service to agree on a second delivery date or the address of the nearest pickup point (relay point) where you can collect your package.

Can I reschedule my delivery? If you wish to postpone the delivery of your items because you are going on vacation or plan to be away for a long period, please contact customer service by telephone before placing your order. They will guide you through your purchase and can take the necessary steps to suspend the shipment and schedule delivery for a later date.

I do not live in Metropolitan France, can I get a delivery? From our French site, we also ship within the European Union and will strive to find a delivery solution for the majority of countries. A quote will be presented to you for your approval.

How can I make a return? If you change your mind, you have 14 days to contact us, and we will take back the furniture.
