How to check item availability
Our furniture is made by our partners in France and across Europe. This process guarantees the authenticity and quality of our products, but means production can take some time.
Depending on availability, the delivery times shown on our product pages may vary:
At your home in 4 to 7 days > product in stock in our warehouses
At your home in 3 to 10 weeks > product on its way to our warehouses
Temporarily out of stock > products we will manufacture in the coming months but for which we cannot yet give a delivery time. You can sign up for the back-in-stock alert to receive an email when the product becomes available again.
What if I want to order several items with different delivery times?
If you place an order with items showing different delivery times, the longest one applies so that we can ship your order in a single delivery.
If you would like to receive your items as they become available, please order them separately. Shipping costs will then be charged for each order.
How are my shipping costs calculated?
Pricing applicable to mainland France. Shipping costs are calculated on the total cart amount before discounts.

Which delivery options are available?
Your deliveries are entrusted to La Poste — Colissimo, UPS or DPD. With standard delivery, the parcel is delivered to the foot of the building for an apartment or to the gate for a house.
You receive your order within 4 days of the email confirming dispatch from our warehouses.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Don't forget to provide your door code if applicable to make delivery easier.
Our furniture is delivered assembled.
What happens if I am away when my order is delivered?
A delivery notice will be left in your letterbox. It will contain the phone number of the carrier so you can arrange a second delivery, or the address of the nearest pickup point where you can collect your parcel.
Can I postpone my delivery?
If you would like to postpone delivery because you are away on holiday or expect to be absent for an extended period, please contact customer service by phone before placing the order. We will help you with your purchase and arrange to suspend dispatch and reschedule delivery for a later date.
I do not live in mainland France — can I still order?
From our French website, we also deliver across the European Union and will do our best to find a delivery solution for most other countries. A quote will be provided for your approval.
United States deliveries
ANTIFER ships to the United States with the following terms, in addition to the general information above.
Lead times
5 to 9 business days for stocked references shipped from France, including DDP customs clearance and final-mile US delivery.
Carrier
Colissimo Expert International (La Poste), with final-mile delivery by USPS or trusted local partners across the United States, including continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
All US shipments are sent DDP via Colissimo Expert International. ANTIFER pre-pays import duties and taxes through Asendia, La Poste's international logistics partner. You will not be charged additional duties by the carrier at delivery.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the destination state where ANTIFER has tax obligations under applicable nexus rules (managed by Shopify Tax).
Product scope for US deliveries
At launch, the following ANTIFER references are not available for US delivery:
- Camarade Adjustable Table (75-102 cm) — exceeds the 30 kg per parcel limit of Colissimo Expert.
- Emeco-branded products: 1006 Navy Chair, 111 Navy Chair, Alfi, Broom, 1006 Navy Stool, 1 Inch Reclaimed, SU Café Table, Run Table, Run Side Desk.
These references may be added in future updates of this policy.
Tracking
A tracking link is sent by email when the order ships. Colissimo Expert International tracking covers both the international leg (France to US gateway) and the domestic US delivery leg.
Damage in transit
If the package arrives visibly damaged, refuse delivery if possible, and notify ANTIFER at fabien.lenaour@antifer.fr within 48 hours of receipt with photographs. The carrier insurance claim is handled by ANTIFER; replacement or refund is processed once the claim is resolved.
Other destinations (Canada, Japan, Australia…)
Shipping outside the United States and the European Union can be quoted on request — contact fabien.lenaour@antifer.fr with the destination and item references.
