3. Restock Notification

For certain products offered on the website www.ANTIFER.fr/ (the "Site") that are unavailable during your visit, ANTIFER offers you the possibility of being notified when they are back in stock.

By clicking on "Notify me" and subscribing to the restock notification service, you agree to create an account, or, if you already have one, to provide the email address and password with which your account was created (the "Registration"). Registration for the notification does not guarantee the upcoming availability of the product and does not constitute a reservation in the event of a return to stock. Once Registration for the notification service is complete, you will receive an email confirming that your Registration has been taken into account (the "Confirmation Email").

In the event of a product return to stock, you will be notified by an email sent to the email address provided when creating your account. ANTIFER cannot be held responsible for email reception errors linked to anti-spam filters or any other configuration of your mailbox and invites you to check your spam folder if you have not received the Confirmation Email.

The notification service is valid for a period of 365 days from the sending of the Confirmation Email by ANTIFER. Beyond this period, the reservation request will be cancelled, and no restock notification will be sent to you. Registration for the notification is limited to 30 products. Beyond this limit, any new Registration for notification cannot be completed. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link present in the Confirmation Email.

The notification service is intended to inform you of the availability of certain products and must not be used for abusive or fraudulent purposes.

ANTIFER reserves the right to suspend your access to the notification service if abusive, fraudulent use, or use not in accordance with these conditions is observed.

4. Links

The ANTIFER.fr website may contain links to third-party sites not published or controlled by ANTIFER. Such links are provided solely as a convenience; they cannot and must not be interpreted as an express or implied endorsement of these sites, their content, or any product or service offered thereon.
