The compressed textile material creates a unique tactile sensation – soft without being porous, dense without being rigid. Invisible resistance

Don't be fooled by its apparent softness: this tabletop boasts a 5 rating according to EN 12720+A1, meaning it offers maximum resistance to scratches, heat, and liquids. The extreme compression of the textile fibers creates a virtually waterproof surface. Spilled a drink? A simple wipe with a sponge is all it takes. Common stains (coffee, wine, oil) wipe away without leaving a trace. This performance is due to the material's density: unlike a conventional fabric, the compacted surface doesn't absorb liquids.

Each tabletop is made from 70% recycled textiles – cotton and wool sourced from the fashion industry, laundries, and Kvadrat production offcuts – and 30% recycled binder. The Danish manufacturing process, powered by renewable energy, creates a dense, homogeneous material with exceptional strength.
