Ostrea harnesses this resource to create a high-performance material: 65% scallop or oyster shell flakes + 35% mineral matrix , resin-free.

Natural Scallops
Luminous ivory terrazzo flecked with pearlescent micro-fragments. Ultra-fine texture reminiscent of Venetian terrazzo, understated sophistication. Subtle iridescence that captures the light.
Natural Oyster
Elegant pearl grey terrazzo with silvery highlights. Nordic freshness, micro-glitter creating an almost monochrome texture. Refinement through restraint.
Black Scallop
Deep black terrazzo punctuated with cream fragments. Maximum sophistication, assertive graphic presence. Discreet, almost monochromatic luxury.
Low-Carbon Breton Manufacturing
Sourced in South Finistère (Riec-sur-Bélon), produced without cooking (30-day natural curing process), custom cut. Carbon footprint: 9.4 kg CO₂/m² (30% reduction vs. conventional platter).
